ISZ direct coupled centrifugal pump

I. product uses:

ISZ type pump is single stage single suction (axial suction) centrifugal pump, suitable for industrial and urban water supply, drainage, also can be used for agricultural irrigation and drainage. It is used for transporting clean water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. The medium temperature is not higher than 80 C. It has the characteristics of reliable performance, convenient installation and maintenance.

ISRZ type hot water pump for hot water delivery, its medium temperature is not higher than 150 degrees.

Two, structure elucidation:

ISZ and ISRZ pumps are designed according to the performance and size stipulated by international standard ISO2858. They are mainly composed of: (4) pump body (9) pump cover (5) impeller (10) mechanical seal (6) seal ring (13) motor, etc. (see figure 2).

The shell of the pump (both the pump body and the pump cover) constitutes the pump chamber. The impeller and the motor extension shaft are the rotating parts of the pump. The force on the pump is radial force and residual axial force. In order to balance the axial force of the pump, most of the pump impellers are equipped with sealing rings at the front and rear cover plates and balancing holes on the back cover plate of the impeller.

Because the axial force of some pumps is not large, there are no sealing rings and balancing holes on the back of the impeller. The seal of the pump is made up of (10) mechanical seal and (8) bushing and so on to prevent air intake or leakage.

In order to avoid shaft wear, shaft sleeve protection is installed at the part where the shaft passes through the mechanical seal, and a "0" seal ring is installed between the shaft and the shaft to prevent air intake or leakage along the mating surface.

The transmission of the pump is directly connected with the motor through the direct pump cover. The rotation direction of the pump is clockwise rotation from the drive end.
