After overhaul, the centrifugal hot oil pump should be tested to check whether there are still problems in each part of the pump, especially to check whether the working capacity of the pump meets the requirements. If problems are found during commissioning, they can be disposed of in time before they are put into operation. Because the pump is overhauled, it must be of quality so that the pump can run to the next major repair.

(1) pre commissioning inspection items:

1) check whether the quality is up to the requirement and whether the maintenance record is complete.

2) whether the lubricating oil system is not blocked or not leaked.

3) whether the shaft seal leakage meets the requirements.

4) whether the weight of the barring is uneven or not, and the packing gland is not skewed.

(2) after loading, the following requirements shall be met

1) After the starting power makes the pump run at the rated speed, check whether there is any noise, swing, violent vibration or leakage in each part. The amplitude of pump shaft must not exceed 3 - 36.

2) under rated lift, the displacement is not higher than or lower than the rated displacement.

3) within the range specified above, the total lift of Botou Tai Bang pump valve is no less than the rated lift.

4) under rated discharge, total lift and rated voltage, the current should not exceed the rated current.

5) the sliding bearing temperature is not greater than 65 degrees, and the rolling bearing temperature is not greater than 70 degrees C.

6) seal leakage does not exceed the following requirements:

1. Mechanical seal: light oil 10 drops /min, heavy oil 5 drops /min.

2. Soft packing seal: light oil 20 drops /min, heavy oil 10 drops /min.

The quality of overhaul meets the requirements, the records of overhaul are complete, and the trial operation is normal. The inspection and acceptance formalities can be handled according to the regulations and delivered to use.
